Is there a refund policy for Hyper Karting bookings?

Yes, bookings are strictly non-refundable unless ‘Booking Protection’ has been added at checkout. For bookings greater than or equal to 30 seats total, a minimum rescheduling notice of one (1) week is required. For bookings with less than 30 seats, a minimum rescheduling notice of 48 hours is required.

Under what circumstances will no refund be provided for a Hyper Karting booking?

No refund will be provided for issues arising from: racers below 140cm, racers above 130kgs, racers who are not the correct age or ability for their race category, racers suspected to be under the influence of drugs, racers deemed to be a hazard to themselves or others, racers involved in an accident, racers instigating or involved in misconduct or harassment.

What is Booking Protection for Hyper Karting?

Booking Protection is an optional extension to the standard refund policy that provides a 100% refund of your items if you cannot attend for one of the many reasons in the Booking Protection Terms and Conditions.
